You could just wing it and do some freeform ones to get a feel for your characters. I did that to come up with some of my characters. I based four of my characters off scribble comics I made on my nintendo DS.
same here, with the whole flipnote studio thing. i guess winging it is sometimes the best choice! just gotta give it a shot someday
